Gone are the dual spinning stones that used to really debur and put a precision sharp edge on cutlery. The good news is that the old Sunbeam (the good one) has morphed into what is now the Oster Model #3118 ... exactly the same as the original (good) Sunbeam. So my recommendation is to buy the Oster model #3118
